Cottonelle Clean Care Sampling

I'm LOVING all the Sample and Share's I've been qualifying for on Crowdtap.  The latest and greatest was a Cottonelle Clean Care Sample and Share.

I received a 4 pack of Cottonelle Clean Care double rolls PLUS a Cottonelle moist wipes refill pack and dispenser.  The coolest part was getting THREE Cottonelle on the go moist wipes packs (one for me and two to share) as well as THREE $1.00 off coupons (again, one for me and two to share).

I choose to share my samplings with my mom who is taking 3 grandkids to Grants Farm this week, a local petting zoo for kids.  The moist wipes will get a LOT of use there!!!!  The other sample will go to my aunt who will be accompanying her on the trip.  Here's hoping two packs covers all three kids for the day!

As for our 4 pack and dispenser, my husband literally ran off with them like a little kid at Christmas.  They quickly made their way down to the man cave and it's bathroom.

And in our house, well, it's like daddy, like son!  Sooooo.....my son also has a nice moist wipe dispenser in his bathroom.  See below.  They are nice, easy to open and refill, easy to dispense and subtle (given we place them on the tank of the toilet for all guests to see and or use).

My husband absolutely LOVED the products.  His ONLY comment, which was more of a joke was that when he used them to wipe his nose, he felt like he had remnants of the tissue on his razor stubble.  A Cottonelle mustache!!!

So. we have Cottonelle in two of 3 bathrooms in our home.  Guess who is the only one without???  I think my bum needs a treat too!

Crowdtap-Kleenex Brand Believers

I am having a BLAST with Crowdtap and all of the recent Sample and Shares I was chosen for.  This blog is about my latest sampling:  Kleenex Tissues.

Seems funny to sample something that has been a fixture in my household for as long as I can remember!  There are few things you can never have too much of.  Kleenex tissues are one!  In fact, I can't imagine my house without at least ONE box at all times.  We average a minimum of FOUR boxes at a time.

At all times, I like to have one box on my desk, one in my living room, one in my bedroom and one in the man cave downstairs.  Oh, and how could I forget the one I keep in each car?  That makes SIX minimum at all times!

Sometimes you just need tissues:  sneezes, runny noses, any minor clean ups, etc.  Sometimes when I don't have napkins, I grab the 'ol Kleenex and use it.

It was great as I was able to add to my collection at home.  We keep our "stash" in the linen closet but always have them well stocked in the rooms I mentioned above.  Ironically, we don't keep them in the bathrooms at home given there's toilet paper there and Cottonelle wipes that can be used.

The product itself is great quality, two ply which means it's more durable for even the heaviest of sneezes!  I use tissue for my never ending runny nose.  My husband uses it religiously as he suffers from allergies.  And we use even more on our son who is all boy.  We can wipe his nose with it, wipe his face of crumbs and messes, etc.  There is no end to the uses in our household and lifestyle (on the go).

Kleenex brand tissues are almost my security blanket.  I'm about as lost without them as I am without my cell phone!

It's a tired and true brand, quality product and the company has longevity.  Why would you buy any other brand?  Particularly the cheap brands that feel like sandpaper against your skin and chap your nose?

I started yet another blog.....because apparently two isn't enough?!  On this blog I'll review new products I try or services we use as well as experiences on our travel destinations.

I belong to a fun group on Crowdtap.com.  I'm often chosen for what they call Sample and Share programs.  Currently I have a Sweet & Low sample pack and a Litter Genie Cat Litter Disposal System.  I'll review both.

But for now, my review of the Litter Genie.

I wasn't sure how I'd like this product, given I'd wrestled with a Diaper Genie a time or two.  It won on all occasions!  However, my sample arrived on time and was packaged well.  With it came one refill of the disposable bags.

My husband had it set up in less than 10 minutes and placed it right beside the litter box in my office.  We have been told it's customary to have one litter box per cat in the household.  We have three cats; so we have three litter boxes.  One in my office on the main level of the home and one in the living room.  The third box is kept downstairs in a spare room.

Since I have to sit in my office all day to work, it made sense that we place the Genie by that box.

I've used it for a week now; and I love it.  The refill we received says it lasts up to 14 days.  I've made a habit of scooping the litter box once daily.

The Litter Genie comes with a scoop and a holster that holds the scoop.  It doesn't get much handier.  I LOVE this over our old way of life.  It saves me from setting a nasty scoop on my window sill and  spreading germs!  For this reason alone, I think I'd like two more for our other litter boxes.

  On their website they say it's as easy as 1-2-3.

1)  Scoop the litter box

2)  Open the lid and drop the clumps

3)  Pull the handle to help seal in the waste and odor

No false advertisement there.  It truly is as easy as that!

The Litter Genie also comes in two different colors.  White and Gray or Gray/Silver looking and Black.  We happened to get the white.  I may purchase two more both in the black and gray option.

I used to hate coming into my office and having to sit there and work in what smelled of animals in the house.  Now I scoop daily and have no issues whatsoever.  This is especially nice when people come over....no signs of animal urine or waste.

HIGHLY recommend the product and looking forward to adding to our collection!
